List the characters you want gone, or pick a preset such as digits, vowels or emoji.
In list mode you type every character to delete, for example aeiou or !@#$. The match is case insensitive unless you turn on case sensitivity. The presets use Unicode character classes, so removing letters or digits also works for accented text and non-Latin scripts.
The info line under the output reports how many characters were removed, which makes it easy to confirm that a clean up did what you expected.
Choose the option that removes all letters, then run the output through again with all punctuation removed. A faster route for most cases is to remove letters and punctuation, then use the Whitespace Remover to drop the spaces.
