Rescue a paragraph typed with the wrong Caps Lock state.
Two common accidents are handled. With Caps Lock on, a typist who still presses Shift produces inverted words such as hELLO wORLD, and the fix swaps the case of those words to give Hello World. Text typed entirely in capitals is converted to sentence case, with capitals restored after full stops and the single word I corrected.
Automatic mode picks the right fix by checking how much of the text is uppercase. You can also choose one of the fixes yourself.
In all caps repair mode, text is lowercased and sentences are capitalized, so names such as London come out as london. Check names and acronyms afterwards, or use the Headline Case tool for titles.
A word of at least two letters that starts with a lowercase letter followed by uppercase letters, such as tHERE.
It uses Unicode letter classes, so accented letters and other alphabets with case are handled.
